This policy covers panelready.co and the PanelReady email service, operated by Avery Data Co. ("we"). Last updated October 11, 2026.
We use your details to send you the lists you asked for, confirmations, and replies to your messages. We don't sell, rent or share them with anyone except the services that make the product work: PayPal for payments, our email provider for sending, and Cloudflare, which receives form submissions before we collect them. We don't use your data for advertising.
Every email we send carries our postal address and a way to stop. Reply STOP to any message and you'll receive nothing further; the address goes on a do-not-contact list we keep for that purpose. We also send a small number of introductory emails to credentialing and billing companies found through public sources; the same STOP applies.
The practices in our lists are organizations and sole proprietors who registered with CMS, taken from the public NPPES file as published. If you are a provider and want your public record changed, that is done with CMS through NPPES; we republish the file as it stands. If you'd rather not appear on this website's sample pages, email us and we'll remove the row from the pages we control.
We keep subscriber details while you're a subscriber and for our accounting afterwards. Email panelready@aol.com to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted; we'll do that within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires us to keep (for example payment records).
