PanelReady reads the federal NPI registry's weekly file, keeps the practices and sole proprietors, sorts them by state and specialty, and sends subscribers a spreadsheet every Monday. That's the whole product. No scraping, no guessed emails, no "enriched" data: the name, specialty, address and phone a practice gave CMS when it registered, one to two weeks after it did.
PanelReady is a product of Avery Data Co., a small company in New York that builds subscription services from public data. Avery Data Co. is the name you'll see on your PayPal receipt and card statement. You can reach the person who runs it at panelready@aol.com; replies come from a human, usually the same day.
The National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES), run by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Every provider and organization that bills insurance must hold a National Provider Identifier, and CMS publishes the full registry and a weekly file of changes as public data. PanelReady processes the weekly file and nothing else. We don't alter records, and we don't add data from other sources.
We don't sell email addresses (the registry has none), we don't promise exclusivity (every subscriber to a state and category gets the same list), and we don't guarantee results. We send the list; what you do with it, and compliance with the rules that apply to your outreach, is yours.
Tracking since October 11, 2026. Two lists are free if you want to see it for yourself.
