Every practice has to get an NPI before it can bill a single claim, and the federal registry publishes the new ones every week. PanelReady reads that file, keeps only the real practices, and sends you a spreadsheet for your state and specialty — name, specialty, city, address and phone — while they're still weeks away from credentialing.
Real counts from the week ending October 11, 2026. Every one of these is a practice that will need credentialing and a billing setup in the next few months.
The weekly file is 13,000-plus rows of providers, employees, students and practices mixed together. We throw away the two out of three that aren't a business and keep what's left, sorted by state and specialty.
Individuals, employees, students, practices and suppliers, all in one federal file.
Employees registering for a job, students and deactivated numbers are dropped.
Sorted into six categories by the specialty code the practice chose.
A spreadsheet every week: practice name, specialty, city, address, phone, NPI and registration date.
Real rows from last week's New York list, across categories. Phone numbers are masked on this page only.

Hi there,
Your PanelReady list for the week ending 2026-10-11.
- NY, Behavioral Health: 102 newly registered practices and sole proprietors (attached), with specialty, phone and address.
Open the attached spreadsheet in Excel. Organizations are listed first; each row is a provider that registered for an NPI in that week, which usually means a practice that is about to start credentialing and billing.

Credentialing a new practice with a handful of payers is a four-figure job, and the billing contract that usually follows is worth far more. PanelReady costs less than one of those a year.
Drag the slider to what a new client is worth to you in the first year and see how long a single win keeps the list paid for.
Your number, your math. We don't guarantee results; we send the list.
Every practice is filed by the specialty code it registered under, so a therapy-billing company never wades through pharmacies.
Pick the state and category you sell to. Your first spreadsheet goes out with the next weekly federal file, the second one the week after. No call, no card; if it isn't useful, that's the end of it.
Want to try first? Two weekly lists are free, no card. When you're ready, it's a flat monthly price per state; cancel from your PayPal account any time.
Payments are handled by PayPal and show up as Avery Data Co., the company behind PanelReady, on your PayPal receipt and card statement. Cancel from your PayPal account any time; the lists stop at the end of the paid month.
The National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES), run by CMS. Every provider and organization that bills must have an NPI, and CMS publishes the full registry and weekly updates as public files. We read the weekly file; we don't change it or add to it.
CMS posts each week's file about a week after the week ends, and most registrations in it are one to six days old at that point. So a practice is on your list one to two weeks after it registered, which is typically weeks before it has finished credentialing with its first payer.
We keep organizations (practices, clinics, agencies, suppliers) and individuals who flagged themselves as sole proprietors. Employees registering for a new job, students and deactivated numbers are dropped. Roughly one row in three survives.
No. The registry has practice phone numbers and mailing addresses, not emails, and we don't guess them. What you get is a verified practice name, the specialty it registered under, the address it gave CMS and the phone it gave CMS, which is a better starting point than any purchased email list.
No. PanelReady is a data subscription, not an exclusive-lead service: the Texas behavioral-health list is the same list for every company that subscribes to Texas behavioral health, and a new one arrives every week. In practice a state produces far more new practices each week than any one firm can call, and what you're paying for is being weeks ahead of everyone who isn't on the list. If you need a state and category reserved for your company alone, email us; that's a separate arrangement at a different price.
Yes: each state is its own plan, or email us for a bundle if you cover several.
PanelReady's parent company. Avery Data Co. is the New York business that builds subscription services from public data; PanelReady is one of its products. It's the name PayPal shows at checkout and on your statement, so a charge from Avery Data Co. is your PanelReady subscription.
In your PayPal account under Subscriptions, any time, or reply STOP to any email. No calls, no forms.
